* PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
SEDEF Poly Tac construction mortar used for
pressurless anchoring of dowels, plugs and bolts where
high resistanceis needed also used or bonding metals,
concrete, hollow brick, marble, granite, brick.
SEDEF Poly Tac occur simultaneous and precise
mixing and injection, clean and occur filling of dowel
hole.
SEDEF Poly Tac is designed to provide rapid cure with
adequate working time and temperature climates.

* APPLICATIONS:
Medium to high load, adhesive anchor. Installation does
not increase the stress within existing structures. Close
anchor spacing and edge distances. Ideal for general
medium load applications. Galvanised steel or stainless
steel A4/316 or stainless steel A2/304. Ideal suited for
structured fixings, holding down fixings, fixings into
moderate corrosive environment, adhering remedial
anchors and into hollow material with use of accessories

 1) Drill the hole.

 

 


 

 2) Clean the hole using a stiff wire or nylon brush and
clean the dust with compressed air or blow pump.
 

 


 

 3) Remove the screw cap from the cartridge.
Waste 10 ml mixture for first using. Fill the 3/4
part of hole with chemical.

 


 

 4) Place the anchor rod clockwise.
 

 

5) Do not move and load the anchor screw until
the end of curing period. Place the fixture part.
