* The pickling paste is being used for the pickling of stainless steel welding seams. It removes annealing colors and welding cinders in the welding seam area. It is in the form of gel and used with proper pickling brush. After that it rinsed with water.

* The product is free of hydrochloric acid and has low chloride contents. Therefore, it does not cause yellowing and rusting on metal surface.

Visible brightening of material by deep cleaning. Surface cleaner can be applied either by spraying or dipping. The minimum application period for stainless steel should be 15 min.

 

 

 

 

 

SPK 100 PICKLING SPRAY

* Pickling spray is used to restore stainless steel tank surfaces that have been damaged by working operations such as welding, forming, cutting and blasting. The pickling spray also removes welding oxides, the underlying chromium depleted layer, micro slag particles and other contaminants that may cause local corrosion. To assist pickling, this process may sometime to be combined with some form of simultaneous mechanical treatment, for example brushing.

* Recommended times of application approx. 30-90 min. depending on steel grade, contaminants and temperature. Rinse thoroughly with water afterwards. The best results are achieved by using a high pressure water jet. Do not use in direct sunlight or other heat sources. (It is used with 60 gr powder paint.) The paint will be lost after 15 minute it has been applied. The paint is added to relieve the surface that chemical applied.
