1-) Mosfet diodes are not used on SEDEF Inverter Welding
Machines that they
are flimsy to a sudden electrical shock and
must be connected in parallel . New technologie IGBT
transistors are used on SEDEF Inverters.
IGBT transistors connected in parallel though they works
independently. Because of that load resistance is
so much more than mosfet diodes. Current setting can be made
too sensitively in the IGBT transistors.
With IGBT transistor, welding can be made as low as 5
amperes of current therefore you can weld very
thin materials. In IGBT diodes, current setting changes
linearly. It is difficult to weld thin materials because
of current setting can start over 40 ampere on Inverter
machines with mosfet. Current setting don’t increase
linearly on Inverter machines with mosfet. IGBT transistors
are 4 times long life according to mosfet
transistors. They take less energy and lighter. |
